# Rotating Your Merchant GUID

Follow these steps to rotate your Merchant GUID on BigCommerce. All steps start in your store admin.

  **Before you start**

  * Have your new Merchant GUID to hand.
  * Your Merchant ID does not change.
  * Questions? Contact your Global-e account manager.

## Steps

  <Step title="Open your store admin">
    Go to your store admin.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Global-e app">
    Go to **Apps → Global-e**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Change the GUID">
    On the **Global-e Configuration** screen, change to your new GUID.
